“If Memory Serves” was directed by TJ Scott based off of a story written by Dan Dworkin and Jay Beattie, and sees Mikey Spock and Spock (himself) go to (return for Spock) Talos IV so that Spock can get some mind therapy.
The main trailer premiered at San Diego Comic Con this past weekend, and it is most certainly divisive, but not like STD vs the rest of fandom.
So, I heard good reviews about the new Enterprise characters and I was curious about the overall story. I ordered it to check it out.
…Criticizing and saying we disagree with certain choices or severely hate an episode or a whole season of a particular franchise, does not even come close to what is truly toxic fandom.
At this point, I can only pray that it’s only as bad as Game of Thrones Season 8 and not STD-level bad.
We consider The Orville “Star Trek” because it IS Star Trek. I’m not just talking about a different timeline or alternate reality. I’m talking about another whole Star Trek universe. Is that so bad to fathom?
